Dance Etiquette

  • Even if this event is about switching & stealing, make sure to ask your partner(s) first, before switching roles within one dance or before stealing a partner during a social or workshops!
  • During the “Switch&Steal Madness”, you agree to switching during one dance and to be stolen by someone else, or stealing another partner during their dance. If you do not feel comfortable participating, just join us a bit later or enjoy this part of the social from the bar.
  • Be aware that asking a person for a dance does not mean that they will agree to it. Everybody has their own reasons to decline a dance. Do not take it personally!
